How do I track my order?

Order tracking is available through your customer account page.

  1. Simply use the login link located at the top of our web site.
  2. Click "Order" from the dashboard.
  3. Click the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link below the Billing Address.
  4. A new window will appear with your tracking information.

You can also track your order from the shipment notification email, received after your order was shipped. 

Please Note: most tracking will not update the same day the order is placed. It may take the shipping carrier until that night to show the first tracking scan. Weekends, holidays or the day it ships are not included in transit time.

USPS 

  • Priority Delivery is 2-3 days estimated, not guaranteed
  • Take advantage of Informed Delivery® where you can:
  • Automatically track all packages coming to you
  • Set up email and text alerts, so you never have to manually track a package again
  • Provide delivery instructions, so your carrier knows where to leave packages
  • See images of incoming mail.

 

FedEx 

  • Take advantage of FedEx Delivery Manager where you can:
  • Select a new delivery date
  • Authorize delivery without collecting signature
  • Deliver to a neighbor, nearby FedEx location, Walgreens or a different address
  • Receive email or SMS message alerts about your shipment

 

 

DHL 

  • Take advantage of On Demand Delivery Service where you can:
  • Select a new delivery date up to 30 days from originally scheduled date
  • Authorize delivery without collecting signature
  • Deliver to a neighbor, nearby DHL service point or a different address
